When not involved in photography, Phoenix is a complete misanthrope. In her spare time Phoenix enjoys: staring contests, V8 juice, cheese, participating in bizarre celebrations, being reasonable, looking for the silver lining, losing herself in the moment, speaking in tongues, questioning authority, attending NRA meetings and candy making.

When not behind a camera, Phoenix can often be found muttering incoherent obscenities under her breath, as well as shaking her fist at the heavens.

Phoenix received her G.E.D in Photography after attending Boston University's Center for Digital Imaging Arts, and hopes to be a real girl someday...
